This role is designed for a seasoned compliance professional with a deep background in Managed Care. The ideal candidate has 5-7 years of experience in regulatory risk assessment and at least 2 years of management experience. You should be an expert in Medical Loss Ratio (MLR) reporting and have a proven track record of managing staff while collaborating with state regulatory agencies.
The position offers excellent flexibility, allowing for fully remote work from anywhere within the Continental United States. With a broad salary range reaching up to $157,800 plus incentives, it provides strong compensation for a senior-level leader.
