## Role Description
Givebutter is hiring a Senior Manager of Demand Generation to own and grow the programs that put Givebutter in front of the right organizations at the right time. In this role, you'll set strategy, guide multi-channel campaigns, oversee budgets, and drive measurable pipeline growth.
You'll lead a team and be accountable for the full inbound pipeline. You won't be executing campaigns yourself, but you'll be the strategic force guiding your team's work, reviewing their output, and reporting on the health and performance of the function.
You'll be given healthy budgets, a high-performing team, and clear metrics to measure your impact. This role sits within the Marketing org and reports to marketing leadership with a direct line to pipeline outcomes.
