This role is designed for a seasoned Enablement leader who thrives at the intersection of Sales and Customer Success. You should have at least 8 years of enablement experience and a proven track record of managing people. This position is ideal for someone with a "player-coach" mentality who can build scalable training programs from scratch within a fast-moving SaaS environment. Working directly under the SVP of Sales and Success, you will have significant influence over the company's global GTM strategy. While the role is fully remote within Canada, it offers the stability of an established global brand with the agility of a team currently unifying its enablement efforts.
