This role is designed for a seasoned GTM enablement leader with at least 8 years of experience, specifically within the SaaS industry. You are the ideal candidate if you have managed teams for 3+ years and possess a "player-coach" mentality—meaning you are just as comfortable defining a global enablement strategy for the SVP of Sales as you are rolling up your sleeves to build training content. A major highlight of this position is the opportunity to unify Sales and Customer Success enablement under one vision, moving away from siloed training. While the office is based in Ottawa, the work arrangement is highly flexible, requiring only one day per week in the office. This is a high-visibility leadership role that leverages AI-driven tools and modern tech stacks (like Gong and Highspot) to drive measurable business growth. **You might be a good fit if you:** * Have a deep mastery of sales methodologies like Sandler or MEDDPICC. * Are an expert in the modern enablement tech stack (Salesforce, Highspot, Gong, Outreach). * Enjoy building scalable onboarding and continuous learning programs from scratch. * Can translate complex data into actionable KPIs like reduced ramp time and increased quota attainment.
