This role is designed for an experienced B2B Customer Support leader who thrives in high-stakes environments. You are a strategic professional with a background in managing complex enterprise escalations and "white-glove" service programs for major accounts. The ideal candidate has built and led specialized teams, understands the technical nuances of SaaS data platforms, and is comfortable partnering with Sales and Product teams to drive retention.
