This role is designed for a seasoned finance leader with at least 7 years of experience, specifically within high-growth SaaS environments. You are a strategic architect who understands the entire revenue funnel—from top-of-funnel marketing leads to sales commissions and final ARR. The ideal candidate isn't just a "spreadsheet person"; you are a proactive business partner who can influence GTM leaders and leverage AI/automation to modernize financial systems.
The compensation is highly competitive, offering a base between **$207,000 - $247,250** plus equity and bonuses. You’ll lead a team of individual contributors in a high-impact, hybrid environment (3 days in the San Francisco office). A standout feature of this role is the focus on "AI-forward" infrastructure, meaning you’ll have the mandate to automate traditional forecasting workflows and build next-generation revenue models.
