Senior Manager, FP&A at Headway

This role is ideal for a seasoned finance professional with 8–10+ years of experience, specifically within high-growth startups and ideally a background in investment banking or consulting. You should be a master of complex financial modeling who understands that strategic partnership and "telling the story behind the numbers" are just as important as technical accuracy. The position offers a highly competitive salary range ($144k–$225k) with equity in a well-funded Series D company.
