Job Description

MongoDB is hiring a Senior Manager, HR Compliance to join our Americas Employee Experience team. This role reports to the Senior Director of Americas Employee Experience and is responsible for evolving, refining, and operationalizing a comprehensive compliance framework and strategy across the region.

The role includes direct management of one team member responsible for immigration and global mobility within the Americas region, ensuring these programs are effectively aligned with compliance requirements and broader people strategies.

As a key member of the Americas Employee Experience leadership team, this individual will help drive a culture of compliance and operational excellence, while also supporting team-wide planning, key initiatives, and quarterly business reviews (QBRs).

This role partners closely with regional Employee Experience leaders (Americas, EMEA, APAC) and maintains strong alignment with the Global Risk & Compliance function to ensure consistency in processes, policies, controls, and audit readiness.

The Employee Experience Team at MongoDB is the face of HR to our global employee population. The team is responsible for delivering full employee lifecycle support—from onboarding through separation—in partnership with the broader People Team, including Recruiting, Total Rewards, Learning & Development, Employee Engagement & Inclusion, HR Business Partnering, and HR Operations.

The team also leads employee relations, workplace initiatives, policy and process enhancements, regional compliance, and programs designed to strengthen manager capability and overall employee experience.

MongoDB’s base salary range for this role is posted below. Compensation at the time of offer is unique to each candidate and based on a variety of factors such as skill set, experience, qualifications, and work location. Salary is one part of MongoDB’s total compensation and benefits package.
