Job Description

## Job Description

Zendesk is seeking an experienced US International Tax professional to support the company’s growing global tax footprint. As a US-headquartered SaaS company with expanding international operations, Zendesk’s cross-border transactions require careful evaluation not only from a local country perspective, but also through a US tax lens.

While primarily focused on international tax, this role will also leverage broad US tax knowledge to support the quarterly and annual tax provision process and assist with various domestic tax matters as they arise. This role will support the execution of key international tax initiatives, including entity restructurings, cash repatriation, IP and transfer pricing alignment, and M&A integration, with a focus on delivering well-documented, technically sound outcomes that are aligned across global teams. The position will partner closely with Tax leadership, Accounting, Treasury, and external advisors to ensure complex transactions are analyzed, modeled, and implemented efficiently and defensibly.

This is an individual contributor role reporting to the Senior Tax Director, offering significant exposure to high-impact international tax matters while helping scale the tax function in support of Zendesk’s continued growth.
