You aren't just a salesperson; you are a proven leader who has spent at least 3–7 years managing high-performing teams of Client Partners and Account Managers. The ideal candidate has deep expertise in paid social and a track record of navigating complex, C-suite relationships within major tech brands. The position offers a highly competitive base salary between **$195,000 and $273,000**, plus equity (RSUs) and commission. While the role requires you to be **on-site in San Francisco**, it provides a robust benefits package including a 401k match, gender-affirming care, and generous parental leave.
