This role is designed for a seasoned analytics leader with at least 10 years of experience, specifically within B2C technology. You should have a deep mastery of marketing measurement—including Media Mix Modeling (MMM), attribution, and causal inference—and a proven track record of managing high-performing teams. This is a "mission-critical" leadership position for someone who prefers driving immediate business growth over purely academic research.
