Scope of Position: The Sr. Manager of Human Resources is a key role that serves as the operational backbone of HR and cultural heart of the organization —owning the full employee lifecycle and ensuring our programs are compliant, scalable, and aligned with our values. This is a hands-on, high-impact role for an HR leader who enjoys both strategy and execution.
