Summary

This role is ideally suited for a high-level strategist with 6–8+ years of experience in business operations, revenue strategy, or top-tier consulting. It requires a "builder" mindset—someone who can look at a fintech conversion funnel, identify friction points, and engineer a scalable playbook that helps external partners drive user adoption. You should be equally comfortable in a spreadsheet performing root-cause analysis as you are presenting growth initiatives to senior stakeholders. The compensation is highly competitive, starting at $192k for NYC/SF hubs, and includes equity and a 401(k) match. As a growth-stage fintech company, this position offers significant influence over the company’s go-to-market engine. The work arrangement is hybrid (2-3 days in-office), and they offer relocation assistance for those moving to their primary hubs in NYC, San Francisco, or Salt Lake City. **You might be a good fit if you:** * Have a proven track record of optimizing B2B2C conversion funnels and user journeys. * Are highly proficient with BI tools and data frameworks to track KPI health. * Enjoy "enabling" others by creating scalable tools, playbooks, and training materials. * Thrive in fast-paced environments where you lead cross-functional projects across Product, Engineering, and Sales.

Job Description

It’s hard to believe that it’s 2026 and paying rent on time is expensive, inflexible, and difficult. We’re here to change that! Flex enables our users to pay rent throughout the month on a schedule that better fits their finances and budget. Our mission is to empower as many renters as possible with flexibility over their most significant recurring expense.
