Senior Manager, Payment Integrity- Recovery Operations at Centene

This role is designed for a seasoned operations leader with a heavy background in healthcare finance or payment integrity. The ideal candidate has at least 6 years of experience navigating payer claims systems and 4+ years of experience managing direct reports. You should be a "systems thinker" who is comfortable performing deep financial reconciliations and managing complex recovery inventories to ensure every dollar is accounted for.
