This role is designed for a seasoned HR leader with at least 8 years of experience operating within a global People Partner model. The ideal candidate has deep expertise in European labor laws—specifically in Portugal, Germany, and the UK—and a proven track record of managing other HR professionals. You should be someone who can balance high-level organizational design with the "roll up your sleeves" work of local compliance and employee relations.
Positioned as a hybrid role in Porto, this is a strategic leadership opportunity within a growing cloud software company.
