The Senior Manager, People Technology sits at the intersection of systems, strategy, and employee experience. This role owns the architecture and evolution of Webflow’s People technology ecosystem, keeping it reliable, Innovation-forward, scalable, and advancing toward intelligent, agentic solutions.

This role calls for someone with strong expertise in People systems and a genuine drive to push boundaries, innovating on emerging agentic AI capabilities to transform how the People function operates, and playing a central role in defining where the technology ecosystem goes next as the function evolves. The right person is equally comfortable governing what exists, driving transformative solutions, and building alongside the team to make it happen.

# About the role:










This role is also eligible to participate in Webflow's company-wide bonus program. Target amounts are a percentage of base salary and vary by career level. Payouts are based on company performance against established financial and operational goals.
