This role is designed for a seasoned growth leader with 8–10+ years of experience, specifically those who have mastered "owned" acquisition channels rather than just paid media. The ideal candidate has a strong background in scaling outbound sales engines, referral programs, and strategic partnerships. You should be a "player-coach" who is comfortable analyzing data with Finance one hour and refining high-volume email cadences for a 150-person sales team the next. The compensation is highly competitive ($144k–$225k) with equity in a Series D startup backed by top-tier VCs like a16z and Google Ventures. It offers total geographic flexibility with a fully remote model, alongside unique perks like therapy reimbursement, a work-from-home stipend, and a week-long company shut-down in December. 1 in 4 people in the US have a treatable mental health condition, but the majority of providers don’t accept insurance, making therapy too expensive for most people. We’re looking for a strategic, data-driven, and people-minded leader to own and scale our Owned Channels engine. As the Provider Growth Marketing Senior Manager, Owned Channels, you’ll lead your function across a variety of home-grown, high-intent acquisition channels including Outbound, Referrals, Affiliates, Co-Marketing, Partnerships, and more. You’ll play a key role in shaping how we acquire mental health providers at scale, partnering closely with company leadership, Strategic Finance, Sales, Product, and cross-functional marketing teams to accomplish our ambitious goals.

This role is ideal for a leader who can think big about long-term growth, but also dive into the details of execution, experimentation, and operational rigor. You’ve built or scaled outbound motions before, thrive in cross-functional environments, and know how to unlock new channels with speed and precision. Bonus points if you’ve supported new product launches or worked in product-led growth environments.

The expected base pay range for this position is $144,000 - $225,000, based on a variety of factors including qualifications, experience, and geographic location. In addition to base salary, this role may be eligible for an equity grant, depending on the position and level.
