You are likely a mid-to-senior level professional with at least 5 years of experience in Revenue or Sales Operations who has successfully managed teams in high-growth environments. An advanced mastery of Salesforce architecture and the ability to translate technical jargon into business strategy for C-suite stakeholders are essential for this position. The highlight of this role is the opportunity to own the end-to-end delivery of "Next Best Action," a high-impact revenue optimization system. While based in Chicago, you’ll be the connective tissue between Product, Finance, and Sales teams.
