This role is designed for a seasoned leader in the cybersecurity or identity management space who has at least 8 years of pre-sales experience and a proven track record of managing teams. The ideal candidate understands the nuances of both direct enterprise sales and channel partner motions, particularly for high ARR B2B SaaS deals.
This is a high-impact leadership position at a fast-growing company with over $400M in ARR. In addition to a competitive base salary and commission, the role offers an equity grant (RSUs), 401k matching, and comprehensive health benefits. While fully remote in the US, there is a strong preference for candidates in the Austin, TX area to facilitate local team connection.
**You might be a good fit if you...**
* Have 3+ years of experience leading Sales or Solutions Engineering teams in a high-growth environment.
* Possess deep technical knowledge in cybersecurity, identity, or access management.
* Are comfortable with a "leadership-by-doing" approach, including 25% travel for customer and partner engagement.
* Have experience implementing sales methodologies like MEDDPICC to drive discipline and forecast accuracy.
