The compensation package is highly competitive, offering a base and incentive range of $230,000 to $270,000, plus equity. Based in San Francisco, this hybrid role requires being in-office three days a week, offering a balance of face-to-face leadership and flexibility. GoFundMe Pro (formerly Classy) is seeking a Senior Manager, Solutions Engineering to lead and scale our Solutions Engineering function as we continue to grow our enterprise business. This role sits at the intersection of sales, product, engineering, and customer success—and is responsible for ensuring we deliver technically sound, scalable, and compelling solutions to our most strategic nonprofit customers.

Reporting into the Senior Director of Solutions & Partnerships, this leader will manage and develop a team of Solutions Engineers while also remaining deeply engaged in complex deals, strategic accounts, and cross-functional initiatives. You’ll shape how we show up technically in the market, how we partner with Sales, and how customer feedback informs our roadmap.

This is a high-impact leadership role for someone who has lived the enterprise SE motion, knows how to coach & mentor senior technical talent, and can translate complexity into clarity—both for customers and internal teams.

The annual U.S. salary range for this full-time position is $230,000 - $270,000, which may include potential sales incentive payments. In addition to this wage, there are geolocation differentials that will increase pay depending on the work location.
