Summary

This role is ideal for a seasoned technical leader who thrives at the intersection of people management and complex systems architecture. You should have at least 7 years of experience in technical program management, with a specific track record of leading TPM teams for 3–5 years. A background in Computer Science or Engineering is expected, as you’ll need to engage with developers at the architectural level to navigate dependencies in large-scale backend systems. The compensation is a major highlight, with a base salary reaching up to **$275,000**, plus equity and a 100% employer-paid medical premium. The "Remote-First" culture is genuine, offering flexibility across the US alongside unique perks like "Flexible Spending Wallets" for food, lifestyle, and tech. As a Senior Manager, you aren't just overseeing projects; you are a strategic partner shaping the operational model of a high-growth fintech platform. **You might be a good fit if you:** * Have managed distributed teams of TPMs and enjoy coaching high-performance talent. * Can translate "ambiguous" technical needs into clear roadmaps and OKRs. * Possess deep experience in FinTech, payments, or commerce (a significant plus). * Are comfortable "obsessing over details" while still maintaining the velocity needed to ship software on time.
