This role is ideal for a seasoned advertising analytics professional with 8+ years of experience, particularly those who have spent time in the digital ad space. You should be an expert in measuring how ads drive real-world results, with deep technical knowledge of brand lift, multi-touch attribution (MTA), and media mix modeling (MMM). Because this is a client-facing "Senior Lead" position, it requires someone who can translate complex statistical data into clear growth strategies for major advertisers. The compensation is a major highlight, offering a generous base salary up to $234,500 plus equity (RSUs) and potential commissions. The role is fully remote within the U.S., providing excellent geographic flexibility. The base salary range for this position is:
