This role is designed for a senior commercials or channel professional with at least five years of experience specifically managing Microsoft partnerships within the IT sector. You should be a high-level strategist capable of navigating complex rebate schemes, MOU investment agreements, and large-scale partner programs. Because this is a "Diamond" partnership—CDW’s highest tier—you’ll need the executive presence to lead Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs) and drive alignment between sales, marketing, and technical teams.
As a Senior Partner Manager, you are the primary owner of the Microsoft relationship’s profitability. While the salary isn't listed, the role offers a hybrid work arrangement in London and significant global exposure, involving regular collaboration with teams in the US and Canada. You’ll have dedicated support from a Programmes & Incentives Specialist, allowing you to focus on high-level negotiation, ROI governance, and scaling CDW's "Microsoft Practice" across international entities.
