This role is ideal for a senior partnerships professional with a deep background in the AWS ecosystem. You should have at least 5 years of experience in SaaS or cloud infrastructure, specifically managing "co-sell" motions where you align internal sales teams with AWS field sellers. The ideal candidate understands how to navigate the AWS ACE portal, leverage Marketplace funding, and translate technical platform value into high-level business cases for enterprise clients.
The compensation is highly competitive ($216k - $270k OTE) and comes with significant equity potential at a high-growth company shaping the AI-native web. While the role is hybrid (3 days a week in SF, NYC, or Austin), it offers the stability of a leading platform alongside "unlimited" PTO and a culture focused on "just shipping things." You’ll report directly to the Head of AWS Alliance, providing high visibility for your impact on North American revenue.
