Ready to be a Titan?
About this Team: Our Business Development organization is a highly strategic team responsible for assessing, validating, building and launching new business opportunities to accelerate growth at ServiceTitan while making a meaningful impact to our customers. We've driven exponential revenue growth and will be instrumental in continuing that trajectory in 2026 and beyond. Our team is composed of intellectually curious, hardworking, self-starting, and customer-oriented individuals who act with intentional urgency in accomplishing company-wide objectives. At ServiceTitan, our goal is to build innovative products, provide extraordinary services & become the operating system of the Trades industries.
About this Role: ServiceTitan is seeking a Supply Chain Senior Partner Solutions Architect to play a foundational role in building and scaling our supply chain partner ecosystem. This is a highly technical, senior-level role focused on enabling suppliers, OEMs, retailers, and distributors to integrate with ServiceTitan — empowering our customers to browse catalogs, access real-time pricing and availability, and procure materials and equipment electronically without leaving the ServiceTitan platform.
You will serve as the primary technical authority for supply chain integrations, guiding partners from initial discovery through production — and acting as a strategic bridge between external partners, system integrators, and internal Product, Engineering, and Enablement teams. While the initial focus is supply chain, this role has the potential to expand into adjacent integration domains including accounting and ERP systems.
This role requires a high degree of autonomy and technical depth. You will work alongside a Solutions Consultant to support partners as they navigate the partner onboarding and integration build and certification processes at ServiceTitan.
What You'll Do
Partner Discovery & Technical Presales
● Partner with the Supplier Channel Manager to evaluate and respond to inbound interest from suppliers and distributors, including live demonstrations of ServiceTitan functionality and supply chain integration capabilities
● Field technical questions about ServiceTitan's API surface area and outline integration pathways for prospective partners
● Assess partner technical readiness and recommend integration approaches appropriate to their architecture and use case
Integration Solutioning & Partner Build Support
● Own the technical journey for supply chain partners from pre-build through general availability, including catalog, real-time pricing, availability, and procurement integrations ● Support enhancements to existing integrations with strategic supply chain partners ● Provide hands-on API support — including credentialing, setup, and troubleshooting — for partners operating on V2 and V3 APIs
● Support new location go-lives and catalog upload configuration for partners in production Technical Architecture & API Guidance
● Develop and maintain deep expertise in ServiceTitan's supply chain API footprint and middleware templates
● Advise partners on what to build, how to build it, and which integration patterns best serve their business workflows
● Review partner solution architectures and integration plans, proposing scalable, secure, and maintainable approaches
● Support partners via hands-on troubleshooting using tools such as Postman; debug API requests and guide remediation
● Work directly with both suppliers/OEMs/distributors and the system integrators that help those partners connect to ServiceTitan
Partner Certification & Quality
● Lead the technical certification process for supply chain partner integrations prior to marketplace or production publication
● Validate integrations against functional, security, performance, and compliance standards ● Communicate structured, actionable feedback to partners and track remediation progress through to resolution
Asset Development & Scalable Onboarding
● Collaborate with Technical Writers and R&D to build and maintain a repository of developer assets — integration guides, Postman collections, middleware templates, and reference architectures — that enable partners to build more autonomously
● Contribute to the development of automation tooling to streamline pre-GA processes and scale onboarding efficiency
Ongoing Partner Support & Escalations
● Serve as a senior escalation point for Financial Specialists and Integration Specialists supporting live supply chain integrations
● Triage and resolve complex inbound partner technical issues; document and report bugs to Engineering with appropriate context
Cross-Functional Collaboration & Product Influence
● Conduct ongoing API gap analysis — identifying missing endpoints or required enhancements to support supply chain integration use cases
● Liaise between ServiceTitan Product, Engineering, partners, and customer users to surface opportunities to differentiate integration solutions and improve adoption ● Translate partner and customer feedback into actionable product requirements and roadmap input
● Partner with Channel Management, R&D, and Enablement teams to keep internal stakeholders informed on new features, and deliver technical education externally to the partner community
What You'll Bring
● Deep, hands-on experience with RESTful APIs — design, testing, debugging, and documentation
● Strong working knowledge of supply chain domain concepts including
supplier/OEM/retailer/distributor relationships, catalog management, real-time pricing and availability, and electronic procurement workflows (e.g., API, EDI, punchout, etc.) ● Familiarity with integration patterns common in supply chain contexts, including middleware, webhooks, and event-driven architectures
● Proficiency with Postman and similar API development and testing tools ● Solid understanding of authentication frameworks including OAuth 2.0
● Experience advising external technical teams on integration architecture and API usage ● Comfort working directly with both large enterprise suppliers and smaller system integrators across varying levels of technical sophistication
● Ability to work with high autonomy, manage competing priorities, and make sound technical decisions with limited oversight
● Strong written and verbal communication skills — able to translate complex technical concepts for both developer audiences and business stakeholders
● Collaborative mindset with a track record of effective cross-functional partnership
Qualifications
● 7+ years in a technical role involving API integrations, solutions engineering, customer support,, or technical account management
● Demonstrated domain expertise in supply chain, procurement, or distribution — with direct experience working with suppliers, OEMs, retailers, or distributors in a technical capacity ● Prior experience supporting external partners through integration builds, from design through production
● Familiarity with SaaS ecosystems, developer platforms, and partner/marketplace programs ● Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a bias toward root-cause resolution ● Proven ability to manage multiple partner relationships and technical workstreams simultaneously
● Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field — or equivalent practical experience
