<p><strong>Job description</strong></p><p>Responsable de ejecutar en calidad y oportunidad los distintos procesos de liquidación de nómina de empleados, cumpliendo con la normativa laboral vigente y las políticas y procedimientos propios de la organización.</p><p><strong>Responsabilidades del cargo:</strong><br>
1. Entrega información relativa a aspectos legales laborales, tributarios y parafiscales.</p><p>2. Ejecuta el proceso de nómina mensual del personal, pagos de seguridad social e información contable requerida para otras áreas. Esto incluye: centralización, ingreso y procesamiento de la información; análisis de remuneraciones, generación de liquidaciones, cuadre contable, ingreso información para pago de imposiciones, generación de comprobantes y pagos respectivos.</p><p>3. Ejecuta acciones relativas a los procesos de contratación y desvinculación asociadas a la remuneración.</p><p>4. Realiza gestiones y envía información oportuna y completa a organismos externos como AFPs, Cajas de Compensación.</p>
## Qualifications
<p><strong>Educación</strong>: Administración de empresas, contaduría pública o carreras afines.</p><p><strong>Experiencia</strong>: 3 años liquidando nóminas de más de 300 empleados, ideal a través de procesos tercerizados</p><p><strong>Conocimientos técnicos requeridos</strong>: Legislación laboral vigente, nómina electrónica, medios magnéticos, retefuente, manejo de excel, power BI, idealmente algún ERP.</p><p><strong>Competencias</strong>: Orientación al detalle, Servicio al cliente, Planificación y organización, Adaptabilidad, Análisis de problema y numérico, Gestión de soluciones, Trabajo en equipo.</p>
