This role is designed for a seasoned HR professional with deep expertise in the Indian regulatory landscape and payroll ecosystem (including CTC structures and statutory compliance). The ideal candidate is a "doer" who has hands-on experience managing the full employee lifecycle—from onboarding to offboarding—specifically within a distributed, tech-forward environment.
