This role is ideal for a seasoned People Ops professional with at least 7 years of experience who thrives in high-growth, fast-paced tech environments. You should be someone who enjoys the "nuts and bolts" of talent management—moving beyond strategy to hands-on execution of performance cycles, compensation workflows, and global engagement surveys.
The compensation is competitive ($165k–$195k) and comes with a robust "remote co-located" perks package, including a 4% 401k match, child care allowances, and a "dogfooding" budget to shop on the platform. While the role is remote, you must live within commuting distance of their hubs in New York, San Francisco, Los Angeles, or Seattle.
