This role is designed for a veteran Product Manager who lives at the intersection of Enterprise SaaS and the Medical Device industry. The ideal candidate isn't just a generalist; you need a deep "shop talk" understanding of the surgical sales cycle, hospital procurement (GPOs/IDNs), and inventory logistics. You should have at least 5 years of MedTech commercial experience paired with a track record of launching complex software features in an agile environment. The position offers a strong compensation package ($120k–$200k base plus potential bonuses/stock) and the flexibility of a "Work Anywhere" policy. As part of a Public Benefit Corporation, you’ll be focused on more than just the bottom line, helping build AI-driven CRM tools that specifically solve the unique headaches of field reps in the MedTech space. **You might be a good fit if you:** * Understand the nuances of clinical case management and consignment inventory as well as you understand product roadmaps. * Have successfully influenced roadmaps in a matrixed environment across multiple specialized product teams. * Are comfortable translating complex industry workflows into technical specs for engineering and AI teams. * Want to lead the strategy for a specialized industry vertical within a massive, high-growth cloud platform.

You will collaborate with the wider Vault CRM PM team to ensure the core platform (AI agents, mobile offline capabilities, data architecture, and more) is evolved to meet the unique, complex requirements of Medical Device and Diagnostic companies. You will act as the subject matter expert and advocate, driving a dedicated roadmap that bridges the gap between general life sciences functionality and specialized medical technology workflows.
