This role is ideal for a senior HR Technology leader with a deep technical background in **SuccessFactors** and **Qualtrics**. You should have at least 8 years of experience managing enterprise-scale employee platforms, specifically focusing on performance, succession planning, and engagement surveys. This isn't just a project management role; they are looking for a true "Product" mindset—someone who can bridge the gap between human-centric HR strategies and scalable IT architecture. The compensation is highly competitive, with a broad range reaching up to **$266k plus equity**. While the listing mentions "On-site" in the header, the description confirms the role can be based **remotely within the US**. You’ll join a high-growth, AI-focused tech leader, owning the entire roadmap for global talent tools rather than just executing pre-defined tasks. **You might be a good fit if you...** * Have "power user" expertise in SuccessFactors (PMGM/CDP) and Qualtrics HXM. * Experience leading Agile pods and writing detailed Product Requirement Documents (PRDs). * Enjoy partnering directly with People Team leaders to translate cultural goals into technical workflows. * Want to own the long-term vision for how 5,000+ employees experience performance and growth.
We are seeking a strategic, hands-on Senior Product Manager to own and drive the roadmap for our Talent Management and Employee Experience technology platforms, specifically SuccessFactors Talent Management modules (Performance & Goals, Succession Planning, Career Development Planning) and Qualtrics HXM (engagement, lifecycle surveys, 360 feedback).
You will define the vision, shape the roadmap, and lead delivery for these products, ensuring they align with business priorities, user needs, and IT architectural direction. Acting as the voice of the user, you will partner with stakeholders across HR, business operations, and IT to deliver high-quality, scalable solutions that improve employee performance, leadership pipelines, and engagement outcomes.
This role can be based remotely in the United States region.
