This role is designed for a seasoned product marketer with a deep background in Customer Experience (CX) or Contact Center as a Service (CCaaS). The ideal candidate is a domain expert who understands the technical nuances of omnichannel routing, voice technologies, and digital engagement. You should be equally comfortable conducting deep competitive intelligence and translating complex technical specs into high-impact narratives for C-suite buyers. The compensation range is exceptionally broad (up to $229.5k), with a robust benefits package that includes 100% employer-paid healthcare premiums and 12 weeks of parental leave. While the role is "Fully Remote" for most, there is a hybrid requirement (3 days/week) if you live within 50 miles of the San Ramon, CA office. We are looking for a Senior Product Marketing Manager for voice and digital channel engagement with deep domain expertise in contact center technologies (CCaaS Platform, channels, routing, UI, reporting, WEM), omnichannel strategy, data analysis, and strong go-to-market (GTM) execution skills. You will serve as the external "voice of the product," translating technical features into compelling customer benefits. You will craft compelling narratives that highlight differentiation, and work closely with product, marketing, and sales teams to bring our innovations to life.

Work Location: This role is fully remote for candidates who reside outside the 50 mile radius of our San Ramon office. For candidates who reside within 50 miles of our San Ramon location, this role is Hybrid and would require 3 days a week (M, W, TH) in our San Ramon office.
