Senior Project Manager at CarGurus

This role is designed for a seasoned Project Manager with at least 5 years of experience who specifically enjoys the "People" side of operations. The ideal candidate has a strong background in HR or Talent functions and excels at building organizational structures from the ground up, such as PMO standards and governance frameworks. You’ll be the strategic backbone for the People & Talent team, moving beyond simple task-tracking to manage executive-level portfolios and capacity planning. The position offers a competitive salary range of $117k–$146k, plus equity (RSUs) and discretionary bonuses.
