This role is designed for a seasoned recruitment professional with 8–10 years of experience, specifically within the tech startup ecosystem. The ideal candidate has a proven track record of hiring for both "Revenue" (Sales/CS) and "Product & Engineering" teams. You should be a Greenhouse power user who excels at executive stake-holder management and proactive sourcing rather than just managing inbound applications. A standout aspect of this position is the opportunity to work directly under the VP of People in a high-impact, "quality-over-quantity" hiring environment. We are looking for an experienced Senior Recruiter to join our team and help us build a world-class organization. In this role, you'll report to the VP, People and be responsible for full-cycle recruiting, with a focus on sourcing, engaging, and hiring top talent for our Revenue and Product & Engineering teams. We’ll look to you to provide talent market expertise, data, and business acumen to identify and attract the best.

You will play a crucial role in building our talent pipeline and will have the opportunity to make a significant impact on our growth and culture.
