You should be comfortable pivoting between campus recruiting for interns and managing complex vendor relationships across LATAM, India, and Europe. This is a high-visibility, "programmatic" role where you aren't just filling individual roles—you are architecting the talent engine for a global engineering and product organization. The position offers a competitive salary range of **$97k - $122k**, supplemented by RSUs and discretionary bonuses.
