You should have a deep background managing enterprise-grade tech stacks (specifically Salesforce and integrated sales tools) and feel comfortable driving a technical roadmap. Since this is a "manager of one" position in an asynchronous, remote environment, it requires a high degree of self-sufficiency and the ability to translate complex business needs into scalable workflows.
The position offers a high degree of flexibility with a fully remote, work-from-anywhere model (US or Canada) and a broad salary range reaching up to $187,200.
