This role is ideal for a data-driven operations professional with at least 4 years of experience, specifically within Revenue Operations or Sales Strategy. Since this position supports Truework (a recent Checkr acquisition), it’s perfect for someone who enjoys the "startup within a startup" vibe—combining the agility of a small team with the stability and resources of a late-stage tech company. You should be comfortable partnering directly with sales leadership to drive strategy for the mortgage vertical.
The compensation is competitive, with a base salary ranging from **$119k–$140k** in San Francisco (or **$101k–$119k** in Denver), plus equity.
