This role is designed for an experienced insurance professional with a deep understanding of commercial lines and the "marketing" side of the brokerage business. The ideal candidate has at least five years of experience, a current P&C license, and a proven track record of managing carrier relationships. You should be comfortable acting as a bridge between production (sales) and underwriting to secure the best coverage and pricing for clients.
