This role is designed for a high-energy "hunter" with at least 3 years of quota-carrying experience in SaaS sales. You should be comfortable navigating the entire sales cycle, from prospecting and outbound strategy to closing deals with C-suite executives in the enterprise space. Familiarity with the eCommerce, retail, or banking sectors in the Turkish market will give you a significant competitive edge. The position offers a unique chance to join a female-led, high-growth B2B SaaS unicorn that recently secured $500M in Series E funding. Beyond the competitive nature of the role, the package includes an Employee Stock Option Plan (ESOP), private health insurance, and an extensive learning budget (including MasterClass and LinkedIn Learning).
