This role is designed for a seasoned sales leader with at least 6 years of experience, including 4 years specifically focused on building and managing high-performing teams. The ideal candidate has a strong background in the CPaaS or SaaS industries and is comfortable navigating complex enterprise sales cycles within the Australia and New Zealand (ANZ) markets.
As a remote-first position based in Australia, this role offers significant flexibility alongside the stability of a global tech leader. You will have a high degree of autonomy to lead your team as "owners" of their business while driving strategy to unseat competitors in the messaging and customer data platform (CDP) space. The role involves approximately 40% travel for face-to-face client engagement and team connection.
