This role is designed for an experienced SaaS sales leader with a track record of managing high-performing teams in a B2B environment. Specifically, the team is looking for someone with at least 5 years of leadership experience who can manage a squad of 8 mid-market Account Executives. Because this position involves building a new team from the ground up, the ideal candidate should be comfortable with recruiting, onboarding, and implementing structured sales frameworks like discovery and objection-handling. The perks for this role are significant, featuring an uncapped commission structure on top of a fixed salary. You’ll work in a hybrid capacity out of a modern Chicago Loop office three days a week.
