The position offers a strong compensation package (up to $155k in premium markets) and high visibility. You’ll be pivotal in shaping the Health Insurance segment, supporting over 80 reps. While the role requires being on-site 2–3 days a week in major hubs like Denver, NYC, or SF, it offers a unique chance to lead AI integration and "own" the operational strategy for a major business unit.
