This role is designed for a seasoned automotive sales professional who excels at closing complex, high-stakes deals. You are the ideal candidate if you have at least 5 years of sales experience—specifically with 3+ years selling into the automotive industry—and enjoy the "challenger" sale. Since you will be launching a brand-new Pricing Tool, you need to be comfortable navigating new buying personas within dealerships and collaborating closely with product teams to refine the go-to-market strategy.
The compensation is a major draw, with an OTE of $160k–$200k plus equity and RSU grants. Despite being a "Senior Specialist" role, it is fully remote and functions similarly to an overlay or subject matter expert position: internal partners (RSDs and AEs) source the leads, and you step in to provide the technical deep dive and close the business. It’s an entrepreneurial opportunity to scale a new product within an established, profitable tech giant.
