Senior Security Operations Specialist – Firewall & Cloud at CDW

This role is designed for a seasoned cybersecurity professional with a strong technical background in Managed Security Services (MSS). You are an ideal candidate if you possess a Bachelor’s degree and at least 3 years of experience in a Security Operations Center (SOC), or 8 years of total IT experience. You should be a specialist in at least one core area: Network, Information, or Endpoint Security, and hold advanced certifications like CCSE, PCNSE, or CCNP Security. As a Senior Specialist, you will balance deep technical analysis (50% of your time) with service improvement and mentoring junior analysts. This is a "Trusted Advisor" role where you will manage client relationships, handle complex ticket escalations, and perform root cause analysis.
