The ideal candidate lives at the intersection of infrastructure and security, possessing deep expertise in cloud providers (AWS/GCP), identity tools like Okta or Duo, and Infrastructure as Code (Terraform/Ansible). You should be a "SRE-developer hybrid" who is as comfortable writing Go or Python code as you are managing CI/CD pipelines and participating in on-call rotations. The position offers a competitive salary range of **$186k – $219k**, plus equity and bonuses. While technically remote within the USA, it emphasizes high-intensity collaboration; you’ll attend several in-person offsites a year to stay aligned with a fast-paced, "onchain" mission. We are looking for an experienced site reliability engineer (SRE) to join the IT Operations Corporate Engineering team to build and scale our identity and access management tooling. A successful candidate will have demonstrated previous success in similar role(s) in rapidly growing, security-first environments.
