The compensation is highly competitive, with a base salary reaching up to **$218,900**, plus equity and bonuses. While the position is **fully remote within the USA**, it offers a "remote-plus" culture: you’ll enjoy the flexibility of home office life but should expect to travel for in-person team offsites several times a year.
