The Commissions Platform team sits within the Finance Technology organization and is responsible for designing, building, and maintaining enterprise systems that support commission use cases from multiple channels, such as Partners, Geico and Independent agencies. Our platform enables accurate calculation, reporting and payment of commissions while ensuring compliance, audibility, and financial integrity. As part of this team, you will contribute to critical systems that directly impact financial reporting.
We are seeking a highly motivated SeniorSoftware Engineer with strong full-stack development, data engineering, and emerging AI capabilities. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience building scalable web applications using React JS and Java, working with both SQL and NoSQL databases. Exposure to AI concepts or tools is preferred.
