You should be an expert in **Go, TypeScript, and React/React Native**, with a proven track record of building complex consumer-facing products. Since you’ll be joining a small team working directly with the CEO on AI initiatives, a "high-agency" mindset and an interest in crypto are essential. The compensation is highly competitive, with a base salary up to **$218,900**, plus equity and bonuses. While the position is **fully remote** within the USA, it offers a balance of autonomy and connection through required in-person offsites several times a year.
