This role is ideal for a Senior Backend or Full-Stack Engineer with at least 6 years of experience who excels at building bridges between different platforms. If you have a strong background in Service-Oriented Architecture (SOA) and enjoy the "end-to-end" responsibility of taking a partner integration from initial API design to final launch, you will thrive here. The team is currently focused on high-visibility features like grocery delivery, airport transfers, and smart lock integrations. The compensation is highly competitive, starting at $190k plus equity and travel credits. A major draw is the "Remote USA" flexibility, allowing you to work from almost anywhere in the country while still contributing to a core product used by millions. The Community You Will Join:
The Partner Integration team is responsible for integrating new business partners and functionality into Airbnb’s product. We work to improve both the supply and demand side of Airbnb’s Stays, Experiences and Services businesses through thoughtfully designed product experiences for Guest and Hosts.
We recently launched exciting new features such as grocery delivery and airport transfers, as well as integrations with smart lock providers, rewards programs and more. We are looking to rapidly expand our offerings.
You will be working closely with a strong, fast-moving team integrating new product functionality into the Guest experience of Airbnb’s core product. This role also interacts with a large cross-functional team of partners across product and design, business and partnerships, customer support and more.
