This role is ideal for a seasoned technical sales professional with at least 5 years of experience, specifically within the observability, monitoring, or open-source ecosystems. Since this is an "Acquisition" focused role on a high-growth team, they are looking for "hit the ground running" experts who understand the "LGTM" stack (Loki, Grafana, Tempo, Mimir) and enjoy the fast-paced nature of a startup environment. The compensation is highly competitive, with an OTE range of $204k – $254k plus RSUs.
