The ideal candidate has deep expertise in AWS/GCP, Kubernetes, and Infrastructure-as-Code, with a track record of mentoring senior engineers and influencing technical strategy across multiple teams. The compensation is highly competitive, with U.S. base salaries reaching up to $285k (and Canadian ranges up to $324k CAD), supplemented by equity and a company-wide bonus program.
